Looking for someone to build and train me on terraform + packer deployment

I am looking for someone to create and then train me on a multi-cloud terraform deployment using a single windows and linux image and customization. this includes full VPC deployment with transit gateway attachments, peering connections, security groups, and network ACLS.

Deploy using single code base to AWS, AZURE, and VSPHERE
