Looking for a developer for an events ticketing app

Looking for a developer to create a web application that will function as an online ticket booking hub for events.
The similar pre existing use cases are eventbrite and ticket tailor.
I would like to use AWS services as much as possible for thr backend...ie S3, AWS RDS, API GATEWAY etc
