Looking for an AI, ML Expert - LLM model fine-tuning, training, scaling. AWS

I am looking for an AI and ML expert who can assist me with the following tasks:
- LLM model fine-tuning
- LLM context storage and management
- RAG fine tuning and management
Ideal candidate will have strong experience with some of these technologies: HugginFace, AWS SageMaker, Pinecomb, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Haystack, LangChain, LlamaIndex
Experience working with LLMs also required.
The ideal candidate should have experience with AWS or another cloud platform.
