Load semistructured data into AWS redshift

I have semistructured data in bigquery that I need to load into Redshift. I have got the data into AWS S3 no issues, but Redshift does not seem to support the same nested and repeated fields that BigQuery does. I need help converting the BigQuery DDL into the redshift CREATE TABLE and COPY sql commands so I can load the data in (see sample file, its NDJSON, and also see the attached SQL which is the DDL statement to create the table in BigQuery.
