Listing on amazon

We are a new coffee pods start up (Oct21) and have a brand we have authority to list exclusive on Amazon. However i am not thick but trying to list them on Amazon i am now at giving up stage. We dont have deep pockets but just need to get these products listed
Is this something you do, how much etc
