Lambda Function is not triggering by AWS IoT Rule while manual trigger is working, (Need to resolve remotely through anydesk)

I've got an AWS Lambda function that should trigger when device data is received via an IoT Rule. However, the function isn't triggering as expected despite manual tests working fine. I need an experienced AWS expert to resolve this remotely through Anydesk.

Key Requirements:
- Troubleshoot and fix Lambda-IoT Rule interaction
- Experience with AWS Lambda, IoT Rules, and Anydesk remote access
- Strong communication skills over instant messaging
