Kubernetes expert required.

We are looking for expert Devops engineer who can help us in Kubernetes cluster installation with all below major requirements:
- Supported Providers: AWS/Onprem(Baremetal Machine)
- System Services: istio, Ingress with Cert-Manager
- Automated Scaling : ASG nodes,EBS,CSI, High scalable Kubernetes setup with a complete CI/CD pipeline
- Setup CD : ArgoCd + github/gitlab/bitbucket
- Log Processing : ElasticSearch, Kibana
- Create Helm Charts
- Customise Cluster Architecture to our project use case.
- Secure Cluster using k8s network policy and/or calico/tigera.
- Docker Swarm Migration to Kubernetes
- Monitoring
