Kubernetes eksctl YAML file

Should be quick if you know eksctl, need a new CustomResourceDefenition file for EKS 1.22 or later. See the current one in the files. This is to enable pods to use the secondary CIDR's in AWS.

You deploy it like this:

kubectl apply -f ENI.yaml
