IoT Backend Infrastructure Development

We are looking for a software developer familiar with IoT applications and protocols to help us define back-end infrastructure of our IoT Solution. In particular, we need someone to help us define industry-standard ways to communicate the data from the sensor to the end user. (eg. sensor-to-Hub, Hub-to-AWS, AWS-to-App). Attached pdf describes overview of our solution, we need help and recommendation on what type of software tools (e.g, Linux, docker, etc.) should be used with what AWS services (e.g. IoTCore) to have industry level solution that is efficient and expandable.
