Interactive Data Analysis Platform

I am looking to develop an interactive data analysis platform using AWS infrastructure. The platform will need a relational database, id and permissions management, pages for uploading data and launching data analysis jobs. Uploaded data will typically contain a dataframe with ~40 columns and between 200,000-20,000,000 rows. The data analysis should be run in parallel and will be performed using a pre-existing software package. Results from the analysis need to be returned to the database so they can be accessed by the interactive data visualization pages. The visualization page will have 5 distinct plots generated based on user input and accessing information in the database. Four of the five plots are interactive requiring zooming, hover and click actions. The public facing portion of the website, except for the login page, will be built elsewhere. I believe that we will be using the following Amazon services, EC2, RDS, Cognito, Lambda, VPC and ACM. Familiarity with these services and the ability to advise on the overall structure to ensure data security and performance will be highly valued.
