Installing PHPMailer onto AWS server

We are looking to setup PHPMailer onto our new AWS server. We had this setup on our previous server (which we still have full access to) and would like to move it across to the new server. In case it helps, our setup is such that we have many different email 'builds' with different email templates and parameters, and ultimately want to be able to click a link (containing the relevant parameters such as email address) which then sends the email(s) from our auto-email build
