Install Cisco AnyConnect on EC2 Windows instance using PowerShell via Zoom

I am looking for a freelancer to install Cisco AnyConnect on my EC2 Windows instance on AWS using PowerShell via Zoom. I have already created the EC2 Windows instance and have a Cisco AnyConnect license. However, I possess no knowledge of PowerShell, so I need someone who is an expert in PowerShell to help me install Cisco AnyConnect. The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- AWS EC2 Windows instance creation - complete w/Session to access PowerShell
- Cisco AnyConnect installation on Windows
- PowerShell scripting and automation
The project requires the following tasks to be completed:
1. Connect with me via Zoom and access my EC2 Windows instance.
2. Install the latest version of Cisco AnyConnect on the Windows instance.
