Individual or team required to develop a new iPhone and Android sandbox application
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
-New sandbox application with no prior development work undertaken.
-iOS/Android application to be hosted by AWS.
-AWS account to be setup
-Sandbox data to be user specific.
-Location and reverse geolocation calls on third-party LocationIQ.
-Bluetooth data retrieval.
-Potential for further development work following the separate completion of a full graphic design and testing phase.
Two modules to be tested as follows:
1. Geolocation
-Collection of accurate-only device location data for both a scheduled (once a day) and on-demand (on launch of app) synchronisation to AWS.
-On synchronisation with AWS, batch processing of all location data via a reverse geolocation and an additional location information call on LocationIQ (according to a predefined basic algorithm).
-Log all location data (retrieved from both device and LocationIQ) on AWS, to be sorted into predefined subcategories
-Simple presentation of data as a list and summarised in a horizontal bar chart by day/week/month/year average for each specific user within the app.
2. Bluetooth
-Own device Bluetooth UID linked to own account and logged in AWS.
-Proximity detection of other users via their Bluetooth UIDs, which are logged and sorted based on signal strength and length of time.
