Improve Amazon product listing to convert

Looking to create conversions on my Amazon listing on a product that we manufacture. Our Amazon Account is already producing sales, I’d just like to speed it up and improve it. Looking to hire someone that is willing and ready to edit listings and analyze product listing deficiencies and fully repair all of it. Preferably looking for somebody that can guarantee results and that is willing to get paid based off results.
