Import AWS Route53 domain & dns records into Laravel project

I am looking for a freelancer with extensive experience in Laravel and AWS Route53 to help me import domain & DNS zone records from my existing AWS Route53 hosted zone into my Laravel project.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Laravel and its integration with AWS Route53.
- Import AWS Route53 dns/domain name list into the laravel database using the SDK
- Export zone changes back into the system building out a CRUD
