How to connect AWS MS Sql Server Database to different network web server

Hi , I have a website which is hosting on a plesk web server and a MS Sql server database on AWS cloud.
I am unable to connect with this database from web server although able to connect it locally.
I am new in AWS cloud.
I need the solution of it urgently with the steps if I want to host my web site from AWS cloud.
