Help in guiding me through my work

I started newly as a software developer at amazon and really wanted a mentor kind of person to clarify my doubts and push me with some motivation to aspire as a good developer. I’m ready to pay weekly 150 USD to get command on what I do. So I say we both need to sit about 2hrs every day and should discuss where I lag and steps I should do to progress on it every single day.
I believe even you will gain fruitful knowledge on aws suite.
