Help edit AWS set up to lower billing costs

Greetings,
I have a professionally set up JITSI video conference system on my AWS account. We are in development so we don't have any active users yet, but, our AWS billing is very high for the system the system sitting idle.
We are hoping to find a away to keep our hosting configured and ready for launch next month. However, we are paying a lot just to host the application that isn't being used. $200-$300 per month!
The only application is meet.isuccess.com
Can you help me reduce this cost without destroying our server development?
