Help configuring DNS for Amazon SES to avoid giung to SPAM

Hello,
we currently use Amazon SES to sent email from our customer's email address.
Required a network exper, expert on mail service, dns configuration and AWS SES service.
The problem it is that it often happens that mail goes to the spam or get bounced.
We know this problem can ve solved or limited with a proper DNS configuration but we find hard to get the right instructions.
Attached it is the error we get sengind from SES to a GMail account.
