Help build a site-to-site VPN connection between our AWS VPC and our local network

We have recently set up an EC2 instance running MS Server 19 for the purposes of hosting some print production software and need to link to our printers on our local network. I think the best way to do this is via a Site-to-site VPN connection. We recently upgraded our router to a Draytek Vigor2865 to be able to configure the tunnels locally. I have struggled to set up the connection but I don't have much experience in networking.

Would be grateful for help/recommendations or tutoring!
