Help me assign two public IP addresses on AWS

The purpose of this project is to help me assign two public IP addresses on AWS so that the site hosted on AWS is accessible from both. I have already assigned two IP addresses both on the instance and on the network interface but the secondary IP address is not working. The help should be provided via chat and I will provide screenshots of the issue, without providing access to AWS. The instance in question is an ubuntu 18.04 T3 Middle. You should try it in advance yourself before offering help and make sure that it works or you should have faced this issue already yourself and know the solution.
