HTTPS Setup on AWS EC2 using ELB

I'm on a hunt for an expert DevOps Engineer, with a wealth of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly with Elastic Load Balancer (ELB) and EC2 instances. The task here is primarily to establish HTTPS on my EC2 instance, and your tasks will include:
- Crafting an HTTPS traffic management system on my EC2 instance with the aid of ELB.
