Guidence in setting up virtual machines for CAD use

Hi,
I need guidance setting up virtual desktops with a high performance GPUs.
I need a few VMs (don't know how many yet but all will have identical setup, just different users).
The machines are intended to run Solidworks so the machines shall run Windows (I believe Win10 but perhaps it could also run on server. I'm not sure about that) and the GPU shall be something equivalent to Nvidia Quadro 2000.
The data shall be stored to a shared cloud folder (Onedrive, Gdrive or the like).
The VMs could run on AWS, Azure, Google workspace etc'. I need help choosing which is best for my needs and then help setting it all up.
I would also like get some ideas regarding security. I need my data secured but I also want the ability to track my users' work.
