FusionPBX with VOIP.ms

I've setup and created FusionPBX on AWS EC2 server.
I was looking for a SIP TRUNK and decided to go with VOIP.ms
I signed up with them and got a phone number.
This should a small and quick project.
1) I need someone to help me enter the VOIP.ms info over to FushionPBX and
2) I need someone to recommend me a macos desktop app that I could connect with FusionPBX to make my calls.
