Full Stack Web Developer (AWS, Flutter, Django) - Stratagease
Location: Remote | Pay: £10-£15/h (depending on experience)
At Stratagease, we empower micro business owners with AI-driven, personalized marketing plans that help them grow. We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. This project will integrate LLM-powered features and enhance our existing iOS and Android app, improving functionality, scalability, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our web platform and existing iOS and Android app using Flutter.
- Develop and optimize backend services with Django.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Bedrock, etc.).
Integrate and manage LLM API calls to audit, and or generate marketing recommendations - text, image, video, audio.
- Optimize platform scalability, security, and performance.
- Work closely with the CEO and CTO to align technical development with business strategy.
- Write comprehensive code manuals and technical documentation.
- Use GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Push the app to the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Expertise in Django (or Flask/FastAPI with Django experience).
- Strong Flutter development skills for cross-platform web and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Excellent documentation skills—ability to write clear and detailed technical manuals.
- Correct use of GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven recommendations or data analytics.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Firebase, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for deployment.
- Experience with CRM systems and Zoho environment.
