Front end developer - React,AWS using Amplify, RDS

I have an existing serverless web application that displays data in an RDS database in a responsive UI. Background Requirements Please have a great eye for design and create a cohestive, consistent design. Please also have experienced with sequelize, Amplify, lambdas - all within the AWS environment. If you are familiar with SAM / CloudFormation and yaml configurations, that would be great. I have an existing dynamically created html report - shown below (without the battery grid). We want to modify it so we can dynnamically display red / yellow / green in each of the 96 battery bricks in the battery pack (also shown below). If you can make the battery pack look more like a battery pack and make the overal report look more professional, that would be great. Please show any report / chart / dashboard pages you have created before as examples of your work. Please keep in mind that I put in a placeholder for budget - feel free to bid what you think is fair for your work. Thank you.
