Fix SES AWS SMTP New Region Server in Interspire E-mai Marketer

The new region in AWS SES SMTP server change to Sao Paulo and the Interspire Software NOT conecting with server.
I inserted the new credentials, but still not working.
I would like your help to fix it by text instructions or Remote Access to my computer.
