Fix AWS Video Loading Problem in my PHP Laravel website -- 2

I have a laravel built website (demo site: https://eclass.mediacity.co.in/demo/public/) where there is a feature of uploading videos directly in AWS S3 and then videos load from S3 to site when played. But when I try to play video, it says "Source not found". I have already pasted AWS keys in my site. The script support team said it's not their script problem. I need AWS S3 expert to fix it through AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
My budget is INR 500 for this job. I think it is hardly one hour work for the right AWS expert.
