File Management System using asp.net with AWS S3 Bucket

Hi, I need one file storage system which will allow user to signup and login into the file system. This will be controlled by AWS RDS and along with this user will able to manage there file with operation like upload, delete and render in the application. Finally I want to make this application live on AWS elastic bean.
