Expert AWS Developer Required
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
Seeking an AWS developer on an hourly basis. Your main task will be to utilize various AWS services for this project. You need very strong AWS DevOps skills (Certificate is a minimum requirement). Please only apply if you have professional skills in AWS.
We are based in Australia, you do not have to be full time overlap. You can implement the task in your own time, as long as communication and necessary recap are OK.
About the Role
- This role could have more DevOps than backend development. You need very strong AWS skills
- You need have good knowledge of security (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, Pen test etc.) and know how to apply security to the code and AWS infrastructure
- Create and manage serverless applications Lambda (Node.js, TypeScript), APIs (This is less required than AWS)
Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience, working as a full stack engineer or backend engineer
- AWS certificate is required
- 2+ years solid and professional AWS skills
- SQL database development experience, with PostgreSQL preferable
- Proficiency in REST API, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (Less important than AWS)
- You are careful about code quality (We do not want junior developer just to put the code, but want you to have strong sense of maintaining code quality)
Our Backend Tech Stack:
- AWS SAM serverless as backend
- CloudFormation
- AWS Using Aurora Serverless PostgreSQL
- CICD with GitHub actions + Terraform (but may migrate out from terraform in future)
- AWS Lambda, AWS Lambda layer, AWS API Gateway
- Node.js, TypeScript
- Prisma
