Expert AWS DevOps Training Required

We're embarking on a major task of developing our in-house AWS DevOps expertise. We need an experienced professional to guide us through this objective.
To make our endeavor successful, we need:
- A comprehensive introduction to AWS DevOps, starting from the fundamental aspects and moving up to the advanced stages.
- Detailed step-by-step training sessions, preferably hands-on, on essential tools and services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- Ongoing support for any emerging queries during the training period.
The freelancer's proposal should provide a detailed plan, including:
- An overview of how they would approach and execute the training.
- An estimate of the time required to go from absolute beginner to proficient.
- Any pre-requisite knowledge or materials required.
The appropriate freelancer should have a rich background in AWS DevOps, great communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Experience in training other teams will be a significant advantage. And a track record of successful AWS migrations or implementations would be beneficial, but not strictly necessary.
