Elixir Developer to help with PostgreSQL Upgrades

Nimonik (Nimonikapp.com) provides state of the art, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Quality management software services for all types of industry, and institutions. Our applications are provided as a service via the web and mobile app interfaces.
We are currently in the process of upgrading PostgreSQL, and have run into an issue with one of the Elixir dependencies. Currently none of the developers on our team are familiar with Elixir, and the deadline for the upgrade is fast approaching. As such, we are looking for a developer who is familiar with Elixir to facilitate and assist with the upgrade.
Our applications run on servers with Ubuntu OS at Amazon Web Services.
Our application stack:
- Rails 5.0.7.2 (soon 5.2+) / Unicorn / Ruby 2.6.6p146 (soon 2.7)
- MySQL/Redis cache/Sunspot Solr search
- Continuous integration setup with RSpec/Cucumber/Jenkins
- Token-authenticated JSON API serving iOS and Android client apps
**We will only be considering candidates who have previous experience with similar projects. Interested candidates should provide a brief summary of a project that they worked on, what challenges they faced, and what they learned as a result. Candidates should also provide an estimate of the time required to complete the work, as well as a quote. Candidates who do not provide this will not be considered.
