ERPNext Ec2 not working opening on browser after elastic Ip changed in aws

I am currently experiencing an issue with my ERPNext EC2 instance after changing the elastic IP in AWS. The instance is currently running, but I am unsure of how to troubleshoot the issue and may need guidance in resolving it. The version of my ERPNext EC2 instance is Version 13.
