EKS NLB Consultation

I am looking for some advise on AWS NLB. I have an application residing in a Baremetal Openshift Cluster that need to talk to an application that will be setup in AWS EKS. One of the protocol that need to be supported is SCTP. I see that AWS NLB is Layer 4(TCP/UDP). Not sure if I will run into any issues with this.
I am open to a discussion about to see if you have some suggestions and perhaps I can explain about the project in detail. Of course you can charge a consultation fee for this.
