Dockerized Rails App Deployment on AWS

I need a skilled DevOps engineer to deploy a Dockerized Rails app on AWS. The app should be securely and scalably deployed, with performance as a top priority.

Requirements:
- Use AWS (preferably ECS or Elastic Beanstalk, but I'm open to suggestions)
- Set up staging and production environments
- Use MySQL as the database (already configured in database.yml)
- Deploy precompiled assets to S3/CloudFront
- Configure environment variables, SSL, and domain routing
- Ensure secure and scalable deployment

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong experience with AWS services
- Proficient in Docker and Rails
- Familiar with MySQL and asset deployment to S3/CloudFront
- Knowledge of SSL configuration and domain routing
- Proven track record in secure and scalable application deployments
