Description of the Project:
We are seeking a highly skilled freelance specialist to create, formally configure, and auditably document a CI/CD Pipeline using GitHub Actions, Dockerfiles for microservices, and Kubernetes configuration files (YAML or Helm Charts) for automated deployment to AWS EKS Kubernetes cluster, strictly adhering to technical and security standards.
Specific Scope of Work:
The specialist will be exclusively responsible for the following technical tasks:
- Formally create, configure, and document a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions.
- Develop and formally validate specific Dockerfiles for each project microservice.
- Formally define and audit Kubernetes configuration files (YAML or Helm Charts) for deployment.
- Automate the deployment of Docker images to an AWS EKS Kubernetes cluster using the formally configured CI/CD Pipeline.
This specialist will exclusively use AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes EKS resources previously configured by other specialists involved in the project.
Mandatory Technical Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience with CI/CD Pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Proven experience creating specific, auditable Dockerfiles.
- Demonstrable experience defining formal Kubernetes configurations (YAML or Helm Charts).
- Practical experience with AWS EKS and Docker.
- Immediate availability to strictly follow formal, audited technical procedures.
Mandatory Technical Deliverables:
- Formally audited documentation describing the exact CI/CD pipeline configuration.
- Formally audited and documented Dockerfiles.
- Formally audited Kubernetes files (YAML or Helm Charts).
- Audited records of automated deployments to the AWS EKS Kubernetes cluster.
- Audited technical evidence (screenshots).
All deliverables must strictly follow a specific format provided by the company.
Payment Conditions:
Payment will be made in two clearly defined stages:
1. Initial Payment (75%): released upon rigorous verification of complete compliance with each technical deliverable specified at this stage.
2. Final Payment (25% Guarantee): reserved as a guarantee. This payment will be released exclusively after successful completion of a comprehensive technical audit covering the integration and functionality of the CI/CD pipeline, Dockerfiles, and Kubernetes implementations. The audit is expected within 6 to 8 weeks after contract initiation.
