Discovery - Private Blockchain NFTs

This role is for initial discovery to determine the scope of work for creating ERC-1155 NFTs on a private blockchain using AWS Managed Blockchain services. Services have not been configured yet.
The deliverable is a spreadsheet (.xlsx) breakdown with descriptions of the major elements to accomplish the goal along with time estimates and resource capability estimates. "Resource capability" in this context means level of experience to achieve a minimally viable product.
Time frame is flexible but would prefer ASAP.
