Devops cicd pipeline

I am looking for a DevOps expert to help me set up a CI/CD pipeline for my project. We have already began the work with and have the web application with jenkins and gitconfigured. The work is to build the rest of the pipeline by integration any owasp technology, artifactory, selinium, cloudwatch and automate the pipeline. The ideal candidate should have experience with the following:

Skills and Experience:
- AWS
- Docker
- Jenkins
- OWASP
- Artifactory
- Selenium
- CloudWatch
- Git

Requirements:
- Assistance with setting up both continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
- Deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

Please provide examples of previous projects and experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.
