DevOps engineer (Terraform, AWS, Docker) -- 2

We are on the look for a DevOps engineer that could help us with phase 1 of an internal project.
1. Setup container registry in ECR
2. Create VPC and ECS cluster
3. Configure golden AMI/Container image for WordPress
4. Create Docker file tagged with branch
5. Application configure on cluster
6. Configure Database in Aurora Serverless
7. Use S3 bucket for upload folder and link it with CloudFront
8. Integration Testing
9. Create Terraform script to create the above provisioning
10. Create and configure Azure pipeline for deployment
o Pipeline that will deploy the master branch to production
o Pipeline that will deploy from the dev branch to a different AWS Account a staging / dev env similar with the prod env, for development/testing purposes
o Pipeline that will run back-ups on demand and to restore those back-ups
