DevOps Engineer | SRE (Location: Ahmedabad / Gujarat Candidates Only)
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Will require a strong knowledge of application monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, automation, maintenance, and system & service reliability improvements.
Responsibilities
Design, automate and manage a highly available and scalable cloud deployment that allows development teams to deploy and run their services.
Extensively automated deployments and managed applications on AWS/Azure/IBM platforms.
Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to develop systems that focus on scalability, high-performance and security.
Build end-to-end documentation to ensure visibility and resiliency throughout the system.
Qualifications
Have 2-4 years of experience designing, deploying and operating mid to large scale cloud environments.
Experience in managing production system, or any DevOps role.
Expertise with infrastructure/configuration management systems such as Ansible, Chef, Terraform, Puppet, etc.
Familiar with configuring or using monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, DataDog, etc.
Working knowledge with Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, Atlassian JIRA tools.
Experience in cloud management or micro-service architecture and related technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or other orchestration software.
Highly proficient with Unix/Linux/Windows operating systems.
Ability to write queries/troubleshoot/tune databases e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MSSQL.
Should have operations centric approach to everything you build, with an emphasis on availability, performance, compliance and security.
Ability to manage internal and external customer escalations and work under pressure.
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
