UI/UX Design Needed for App-Style Web Application (Responsive Desktop & Mobile)

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX designer to craft a seamless, modern, and responsive design for our web application. Although it's a website, the look and feel should resemble a native mobile/desktop app — clean, intuitive, and engaging.
What We Need:
A complete UI/UX design system for both desktop and mobile views
A responsive layout that adapts smoothly across screen sizes
App-like user experience — including smooth transitions, compact UI, and intuitive navigation
Mobile-first mindset, but optimized for desktop too
Consistent branding, colors, fonts, and component library
Ideally delivered in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Who You Are:
Skilled in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
A portfolio showcasing app-style web designs
Understanding of user-centric design principles
Able to provide developer-ready assets and specs
