Deploying React app to s3 Bucket (CI/CD)

We are a startup company and we are looking to the most affordable solution for Deploying our react JS static website in AWS.
We are looking for a experiences devops to help us build a Pipeline Deployment environment (Dev, staging, prod) with CI/DC and a certificate for domain that renews automatically.

Github will be the source provider.
