Deploy NodeJs, React and Postgres db on AWS

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me deploy NodeJS, React and Postgres database on AWS. The project requires using AWS RDS to host the Postgres database and Github as the code repository. I'm not sure which authentication method should be implemented, so I'm open to suggestions on that. I rely on the professional expertise and experience of the freelancer to ensure that the project is completed to a satisfactory level.

Database has backup snapshot on S3 but when we restore it we fine so many transactions, I don’t know the reason need to check that (check snapshot attached)
