Deploy Flask/React app on AWS Windows EC2

I have an app with flask/socketio backend and react frontend. The app works well on my local machine. I need this to be deployed into production on a Windows EC2 instance.
I have already tried to do it on my own with my limited knowledge but I keep into errors. The ideal person to pick this up should be able to launch the app in both development environment and in production environment.
