Deploy FastAPI to AWS Lambda

My FastAPI application is ready for deployment and needs to be deployed on AWS Lambda. This project requires full setup of the AWS environment, as I do not have any parts set up. The primary service to be used alongside the FastAPI application is the API Gateway.
