Deploy Django project on AWS

I have ads classified website I developed on local machine. I want to deploy it on AWS. So, I need an expert who will help me. I want you to walk me through and teach me how to deploy it. So the task is deploying the app while I am watching through remote access. The expected traffic for the app is 100GB. I need to set the virtual server environment (instance) + database (mysql) + media files (might be S3 or EBS). I want the most effective options with least possible price.
