Defibrilators' Database

Hi, we are looking for a Web Application for our Public Access Defibrillators database/map. Our database will store models, locations, pictures, and expiry dates of Automated External Defibrillators in the county. It will send alerts to the users and will receive M2M messages from Defibrillators via the 4G network. The quote should consist of the price of the platform development and its maintenance (5 years). The new platform should be similar to our existing platform which can be viewed here:
