Database archive help

I have a large project which has been archived on Rackspace and AWS. I need help downloading this to an external harddrive for storage. The project has been put on hold indefinitely so the task here is to review what is available in the files and assist in downloading the servers to a local external drive for long term storage with the ability to later import back to a cloud computing platform.
