Data warehouse ETL - move data to AWS

We are building a data warehouse which will gather data from different endpoints holding the same database (40+ servers).
This data warehouse will live on AWS
The data will be sent from the servers to S3 and then processed by AWS Glue
The data lives on a SQL server DB on all different servers (schema is the same)

We already have the plan laid out, we just need a devops / solutions architect to take the lead
