Dashboard development

A dashboard is required to deploy/create, manage the virtual machines/containers/pod orchestration. A dashboard similar to AWS/Azure but should only have the feature for virtual machines, and usage metrics. Dashboard should be capable of automating the deployment of virtual machines.

This dashboard will be integrated to be used with Learning Management System, where this virtual machines/containers will be launched to do practice and then it shall be deleted.
